A WanderGuard system is in place to ensure residents’ safety. Through innovative practices such as the Virtual Dementia Tour®, we can provide our care partners with a hands-on experience of what it might be like to live with dementia, which in turn improves the quality of care with an empathetic approach.

Rehabilitation

Our skilled nursing team provides complex clinical care such as IV (Infusion) therapy, wound care, and chronic disease management. North Shore Health and Rehabilitation also offers respiratory therapy as a therapeutic intervention for lung health and telemedicine, as well as on-site physician visits for convenience, expertise, medical oversight, and coordination of care.

Respite Care

Individuals receive care and support during their stay with us in a safe, comfortable environment that promotes well-being.
