About Fairacres Manor
Fairacres Manor has been an active part of the Greeley community since 1964 and is the only locally owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Greeley.
For those needing transitional care between the hospital and home, our post-hospitalization program provides specialized, coordinated treatment for complex medical issues. Fairacres offers comfortable accommodations for those in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, or dementia care support.
At Fairacres Manor, we also explore holistic and complementary approaches to care, which may include aromatherapy or massage therapy.
