Comprehensive Care to Enhance Residents’ Lifestyles

In-House Dialysis Services and Treatments

Hemodialysis filters wastes, salts, and fluid from the blood when the kidneys are no longer healthy enough to do this work properly. This service focuses on treating advanced kidney failure to help individuals maintain a more active lifestyle despite kidney disease.

Vivage’s in-house hemodialysis service will be provided [in most cases] three (3) times a week to residents that currently reside in our skilled nursing communities.

This in-house treatment will prevent Vivage residents from having to leave their community to go to outpatient dialysis, reducing the risk of spreading infections, including contracting COVID-19 and bringing it back to their skilled nursing facility.

Our contracted communities have partnered with DaVita Dialysis to provide operations and management of the Dialysis Den, including licensure, regulations, staffing, medical equipment and maintenance of the medical equipment, nephrologists, policies, and procedures.

Colorado Kidney Care physicians will provide oversight and guidance for our nephrology and kidney health services.
