The Denver Post has named Vivage Senior Living a “Top Workplace 2019” organization. How does a company make the Top Workplace list? According to The Denver Post, “By inspiring employees.” This coveted award is based solely on employee feedback to an impartial third-party research team at Energage, used by The Denver Post, and reflects the culture and values of the organization. In all, 2,110 employers in the state were invited to take part in the process, and only 150 companies were featured in the 2019 list featured in a special section of The Denver Post, May 5, 2019.

With more than 2500 employees serving in 30 skilled nursing facilities, five senior living communities and other business areas, Vivage is engaging employees to serve some of Colorado’s most vulnerable people and creating recognized quality service delivery to seniors and those with disabilities. Vivage was one of 35 winners in the large company category of having more than 500 employees. Winners were honored at an Award Ceremony Gala, May 1, 2019 at The Hyatt Regency in Denver.
