Lakewood, CO — Vivage Senior Living, based in Lakewood, Colorado, is excited to announce that Vivage Senior Living has been appointed by the Campbell County Health as the Operations and Management Company for the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center. Vivage offers a wide range of resources and support that will benefit the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center.

The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center is located at 1000 S. Douglas Highway in Gillette, Wyoming, and licensed for 160 skilled nursing beds. We are excited to work with Kate Craig, Administrator, and the entire team at Legacy.
