Regent Park is licensed for 51 Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing beds and Carriage House is licensed for 32 private pay and Medicaid assisted living apartments. Julie Kotch, the administrator, brings extensive leadership experience and will be remaining with Regent Park and Carriage House along with many of the long-term staff.
